Programme description
Signal PropTech sends automated and agent-reviewed text messages under the Signal Tours Assistant (Signal PropTech) name to coordinate property viewing (showing) appointments for licensed real estate agents who use our service. Messages are transactional: they schedule, confirm, reschedule or cancel viewing appointments, and answer questions about those appointments. We do not send marketing or promotional messages under this programme.
How consent is given
You will only receive messages from Signal Tours Assistant (Signal PropTech) if you are a real estate professional or a buyer who has provided your mobile number for showing coordination. By providing your number for this purpose, you agree to receive text messages about your viewing appointments. The verbal consent script and the START → YES keyword flow are shown on our SMS Opt-in page.
